If the client finds decisions made by K-Certi in relation to such assessments and accreditation decisions unfavorable, it requests reconsideration.
In contrast to objections, an unspecified person expresses dissatisfaction with the K-Certi's audit activities or the activities of the reviewer.Complaints from customers concerned about the quality and reliability of the services provided by K-Certi and who fear that K-Certi's reputation will be significantly diminished or the retention of recognition will be jeopardized.This is usually the case with complaints due to the following reasons:
