If there is a complaint or objection related to the certification work, please apply by using the attached form, and we will process it transparently and fairly according to the procedure after receiving it.

Appeals

If the client finds decisions made by K-Certi in relation to such assessments and accreditation decisions unfavorable, it requests reconsideration.

  • Adverse decision in the process of applying for certification
  • Inadequate determination of nonconformities in the audit process
  • Adverse decision on changes in certification scope
  • An adverse decision on cancellation or clearance of certification

Complaints

In contrast to objections, an unspecified person expresses dissatisfaction with the K-Certi's audit activities or the activities of the reviewer.Complaints from customers concerned about the quality and reliability of the services provided by K-Certi and who fear that K-Certi's reputation will be significantly diminished or the retention of recognition will be jeopardized.This is usually the case with complaints due to the following reasons:

  • Unprofessional audit methods
  • Unfair audit activities
  • Leakage of client information
  • Engage in conflicts of interest or rights and interests competition
  • Advisory behavior
  • Obtain unfair profits from clients, their agents or stakeholders
  • Other activities that go against the honor or interest of K-Certi or accreditation body
