What is BSI certification?

"The Taiwan Commodity Inspection System (TCI Schemes) is managed by Bureau of Standards, Mettology and Inspection (BSMI), an organization responsible for standardization, metering and product testing in Taiwan. BSI safety marks are mandatory for electrical and electronic products in accordance with the product inspection method.
The test shall be carried out by designated testing bodies, such as BSI or K-Certis with which BSI and MRA have been established."

BSI certification, why is it important?

Association with ISO

- "Even if ISO certification is obtained, BSI certification is not exempted. Only some modules (4, 5, 6) in the RPC require ISO authentication."
- You must take the certification test at the place specified in BSI or BSI.

BSMI Authentication Marking Method

"There is no limit to the size of the certification mark, but it should be attached to the product itself at an appropriate rate. When marking, especially with regard to forced items, it must be attached using a material that is easy to see, indelible, and immovable. In principle, the Registration Number and Product Test Mark should be attached to the certified product."
